Alertpay is it legit Payment processor or scam?

To answer your question directly ,NO its not a scam. I always have received all of the money I ever requested on time, no matter if it were via mail or deposited into my credit card or bank account. Its almost like a different version of PayPal but with a lot of great unique features and lower fees. Plus the accounts are very simple to set-up and are used by more than five million members worldwide.

For those who don't know what "AlertPay" is, "AlertPay" is an account-based payment processor which allows you to send and receive money securely from just about anyone with an email address with the options of send/receiving via mail, credit card or bank account. I've tried all three options and would probably advise you to either just order a check or load it upon your credit card,it much simpler. You can send/receive money to people in other countries all across the world.Whether you're a business owner sending out money or simply doing a bit of online shopping,"AlertPay" supports 22 currencies and provides localized banking in 43 countries.

These are their rates to withdrawal/receive money from your account:

Cons: The one con I have about them would probably be the fact that they aren't  accepted to all the major merchant sites like eBay and amazon which sucks for those who was trying to get some real shopping done online.
